Taiwan Street Food

Among the delights of Taiwan that I look forward to is Taiwan street food. Like everywhere else in the world, Taiwan features great food from street vendors. I hope, in the future, anywhere I go, that I plan to post more about street food vendors.

To be honest, I am a bit of a wuss when it comes to trying new things. I know I shouldn’t be, but when it comes to duck blood, intestine, liver, and other weird things, I can seem to stomach it. Yes, I know I am in the wrong place to say that. But it is true.

Some of my favorite street food include Taiwanese Sausage – made from pork, Shaved Ice – which mostly found in stores, and all sorts of sweets. Nightmarkets are the best place to find great street food. One of the best ones is in Keelung - at the temple night market. Another big one is the Shilin Nightmarket

Anyways. . .enjoy the pictures.
